Executive Profile
Rehan Sher is a governance, change, and execution-focused advisor with over 20 years of experience across HR, project management, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
He works with organizations to close the gap between strategy and execution by aligning leadership, workforce capability, and governance structures to deliver measurable results.
Transition into Teaching
Rehan’s transition into teaching began in 2015 while leading a $3.2M ERP transformation project at Centennial College. Invited to teach a Project Management Office (PMO) course, he quickly discovered a passion for translating real-world experience into practical learning.
This evolved into teaching across multiple institutions including York University, McMaster University, Humber College, and Georgian College, covering HR, project management, and change management.
Course Design & Instructional Work
Rehan has designed and delivered courses across multiple formats including in-person, virtual, and fully asynchronous environments.
Key contributions include:
- Designing a 9-week Introduction to Project Management course at York University
- Developing a fully asynchronous Change Management course at McMaster University
